Should you choose to complete the form on-screen on a public computer, please ensure that you delete the file and clear temporary internet files and your browser history before ending your session. - If applicable, print down and complete the additional schedules.
- Ensure the declarations are signed. The application form is not valid and cannot be processed without these signatures.
- Attach the supporting documentary evidence securely to the completed application form.
- Return by post to your local authority or local VEC, as appropriate, in the area in which you live.
