Maintenance Grant | Check if You Have Lived in an Area Long Enough

In order to be eligible for the grant on residency grounds you must be residing in the local authority/VEC catchment area since 1 October 2008.

Note that if you are under 23 years of age on 1 January of the year in which you apply, your parent(s) or guardian(s) must be residing in the local authority/VEC catchment area since 1 October 2008.
